Shrimp Salad with Dill and Cucumber

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise or yogurt and lemon juice, then mix in dill and season to taste.
  2. Toss the shrimp, onion, and cucumber in the dressing.
  3. Plate and serve chilled.
